Montage des Exponats

Nach der hervoragenden schonenden Fahrt (!) der Spedition Gengnagel von Wettenberg nach Erfurt wurden die Einzelteile in den entsprechenden Themenraum im Museum gebracht.
Herzlichen Dank an Michael Gengnagel für sein Engagement und seine hervorragende Arbeit! Weiterhin gute Fahrt!
Der Transport ins Gebäude war keine “leichte” Angelegenheit, da die Teile wegen der vielen Treppen im Gebäude fast nur getragen werden konnten.
Ein Grund zur Freude: Alle Teile sind sicher und unbeschädigt an ihrem zukünftigen Standplatz!

Die abschließende Montage:

Ausrichten und verbinden der beiden Hälften.
Präparieren und modellieren des Oberbodens.
Kaschieren der Übergänge.
Abschließendes Fixieren der Oberflächen mit Harz.
Fertig! Nun kann getrockneter Ackerboden auf den Fußboden aufgebracht und die Gitterroste für den Laufsteg montiert werden.
Neben den Lackprofilen und dem getrockneten Ackerboden lieferten wir zwei Exponate für den Fußboden, mit denen die Bodenbearbeitung zum falschen (tiefe Fahrspur durch nassen Boden) und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt (angepasste Bodenfeuchte) demonstriert werden soll (im oberen Bild sind die Exponate getauscht).

Rundgang während der Eröffnung des Museums: Reinhold Will, Prof. Dr. Hans-R. Wegener, Dr. Bischoff (Leiter des Museums) und Frau Will vor dem Exponat.

Nach der Eröffnung wurde eine Glasscheibe vor dem Lackprofil montiert, um es vor Beschädigungen zu schützen.
